Al Shaver brings 40+ years of construction industry experience; beginning as a laborer for American Asphalt, eventually starting his own company, Shaver & Sons in 1990, then purchasing Dominic's Equipment in 2004.

AJ brings over 20 years of experience with him from a wide array of green industry / construction related jobs. He rejoined the Shaver & Sons / Dominic’s Equipment Rental team in July 2013.
Polly Whispell
Office Manager
Working for Dominic's since nearly the start, Polly has been with Dominic's since January of 2005.
Jim O'Donnell

Jim brings 30+ years of experience to Dominic’s equipment rental. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State, including 33 years in the oil fields of the western United States, surveying, well logging, an H2S Safety supervisor.
Chris Bittenbender
Sales Associate
Mostly known as Bitty, Chris joined Dominic's sales team in April 2018. Passionate and excited to help you accomplish your next project, Bitty brings a long history of construction to the table to help you complete that job.
